Welcome to the Axe Pit! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Terms

  1. Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years or older. Minors (aged 13-17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Reservations: All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in-person. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
  4. Safety: All participants must adhere to our safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

Safety Guidelines

  1. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to participate in axe throwing.
  2. Footwear and Attire: Closed-toe shoes are required. Comfortable and appropriate clothing is recommended.
  3. Axe Throwing Rules: Only one person is allowed in the throwing lane at a time. Axes must be thrown only when the designated target area is clear.
  4. Instructors: Follow all instructions provided by our trained staff. Their decisions regarding safety are final.

Conduct

  1. Behavior: Respectful behavior towards staff and other patrons is mandatory. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Property Damage: Patrons are responsible for any damage to the premises or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct.

Liability

  1. Assumption of Risk: Axe throwing involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  2. Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver releasing the Axe Pit from liability for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
  3. Medical Conditions: Inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect your participation. Participation is at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

  1. Personal Information: We collect and store personal information for reservation and safety purposes. We do not share this information with third parties without consent.
  2. Photography and Videography: By entering the Axe Pit, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff.

Special Events and Corporate Outings

  1. Event Booking: Customized events, such as corporate outings, must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
  2. Catering and Entertainment: Options for catering and additional entertainment can be arranged. Please discuss your needs with our event coordinator.
  3. Group Size: We can accommodate groups up to 72 people. Larger groups may require special arrangements.

Amendments

  1. Changes to Terms: The Axe Pit reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
